Mini Pots of Care - Marie Curie Cancer Care
Mini Pots of Care is a fun and creative way for children aged 3-11 to learn about science and nature. Each participating child receives their own, free planting kit, complete with bulb, compost, pot and a planting guide.
Pupils watch their daffodil bloom and have fun painting their pots by taking part in the Paint Your Mini Pot competition in the spring.
By taking part in Mini Pots of care, pupils help raise awareness and funds for Marie Curie Nurses, who care for people with cancer and other terminal illnesses in their homes. Mini Pots of Care is run in partnership with Yellow Pages and is supported by Homebase and City Link.
